Introduction of AISTO

AISTO is an innovative platform designed to address the growing demand for AI computing power, while offering investors a unique opportunity to participate in the rapidly expanding AI and Crypto industries. With its cloud-based AI computing infrastructure, AISTO provides scalable, flexible, and cost-efficient solutions for businesses that require high-performance computing for tasks such as AI model training, data analysis, and real-time AI inference.

Key Offering:

AISTO's core service revolves around the leasing, investment, and incubation in AI cloud computing power. By leveraging the latest advancements in computing technologies such as GPUs, TPUs, and NPUs, AISTO allows companies and users to rent computing resources on-demand or by holding tokens, obtain leasing income and investment & incubation income. The platform specifically caters to the rising need for computational resources driven by AI models, such as those used by major technology giants like OpenAI's GPT-4 and Google’s Gemini Ultra.

Unique Value Proposition:

AISTO stands out by combining AI computing with decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN), allowing users to not only rent computing power but also participate in DePIN projects. By doing so, users can earn early-stage token rewards, providing an additional layer of income. The AISTO token, named AISTO, represents rights to earnings from the AI computing investments and is fully compliant with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ensuring a transparent and secure investment process.

Market Opportunity:

With the global AI market expected to grow from $145.1 billion in 2023 to $1.3 trillion by 2030, AISTO positions itself as a critical player in this rapidly growing field. The increasing costs associated with AI model training—such as OpenAI's estimated $78 million spent on GPT-4—highlight the growing need for affordable and efficient computing resources, which AISTO aims to provide. Additionally, as the AI computing market grows, so does the demand for decentralized solutions like DePIN, offering both computing services and investment opportunities through tokenization.

Investment Strategy:

AISTO offers investors a structured approach to earning returns from AI computing power.

Approximately 50% of the platform’s computing resources are allocated for computing power leasing, 45% are used for DePIN project deployments, and 5% are dedicated to DePIN project incubation.

75% of the profits generated by AISTO's operations are distributed to token holders, either as Web3 tokens or USDT, while 25% is allocated to the team for ongoing operations. Investors can also trade AISTO tokens on complaint trading platform, a regulated STO market, providing liquidity and flexibility.

(Returns for AISTO begin to accrue starting from the second month after subscription, with dividends distributed at least once a year. The actual number of distributions will depend on the operational conditions, and specific details will be outlined in the prospectus.)

Vision:

AISTO seeks to become the premier platform for AI computing investment, enabling users to profit from the ongoing AI revolution. By combining state-of-the-art computing technologies with a decentralized investment framework, AISTO offers both companies and investors a clear path to capitalizing on the future of AI and blockchain technologies.
